You have the right to ask us to erase personal information that we may have on you. If you would like to make an erasure request right now please follow our abbreviated checklist below.
- Newsletter Subscription: If you are subscribed to our newsletter and would like to unsubscribe you can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at and request a manual removal. Please be advised that if you request a manual removal you must first verify your identity by answering security questions. We may also ask you to provide us with a copy of a valid ID card.
- Paintlab Account: If you have an account with us you may close that account by contacting us at and request account deletion. Please be advised that you must be able to verify your identity by answering security questions. We may also ask you to provide us with a copy of a valid ID card.
- Orders: If you have placed an order with us it will contain the personal information you provided. We will keep completed orders as a record of the financial transaction and for legal purposes in conjunction with the fulfillment of the orders, this includes refunded orders. These orders can not be deleted. Pending, Failed, and Cancelled orders will be automatically deleted by our system after one day.
- Cookies: We do not track users across the internet. The only cookies we use are for security purposes, analytics, and the proper operation of our website. Depending on which browser you use you may be able to set cookie restrictions and erase cookies stored on your device. Please refer to relevant help files on your device for instructions.
