Mother's Day Abstract Acrylic Workshop & Brushes (Pair)

Join us for a special Mother’s Day Abstract Acrylic Workshop & Brunch on Sunday, May 12th, from 11am-1pm! 💐 In this lesson, students will receive two 12×16 canvas panels. An instructor will give a 30-45 minute demonstration of color theory, brush technique, abstract paint application with palette knife/sponge/fork etc, resist techniques with tape, splatter paint and design tips on the first panel. Following the demonstration, painters can create their own imagery using the techniques demonstrated on the second panel. Students are also welcome to work from a reference they choose (we have a selection of imagery or they could use a photo they choose from online or something from their camera). An instructor and assistants will revolve around the students, giving advice and demonstrating techniques applicable to each project. ❤️

The event includes all painting materials, canvas, easel set up, apron, clean up, instruction and complimentary coffee, assorted tea selection, mimosas, breakfast pastries, cookies, chocolate, and breakfast fruit!
